Select Group definition

Select Group means, collectively, Select and each of its direct and indirect subsidiaries.
Select Group means a group of management or highly compensated Employees, as determined in accordance with Sections 201(2), 301(a)(3) and 401(a)(1) of ERISA.
Select Group means, with respect to a Plan Year, the select group of senior management or highly compensated Employees who are designated by the Board as eligible to participate in this Plan.
