Segment Information definition

Segment Information means the segmented financial information concerning the Business included in the Seller’s Annual Reports on Form 10-K for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2002 and December 31, 2001, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. All inter-company and Affiliate transactions entered into by the Company have been conducted in the ordinary course of business at prices and on terms consistent with those that would be obtained from an unaffiliated third party.
