Seedlings definition

Seedlings means live trees of acceptable species of good form and vigor less than one inch in DBH.
Seedlings means forest tree seedlings.

  • Contractor shall keep Seedlings free from damage at all times, including but not limited to: drying, heating, smothering, freezing, drowning, or mechanical injury.

  • C-02 Inspection PlotsThe Compliance Forester will install Inspection Plots to assess whether Seedlings have been Satisfactorily Planted (Clause B-09) and meet all Special Planting Requirements (Clause B-11, if applicable), according to the spacing and species requirements listed in the Unit Description (Section II-A).

  • If multiple species are to be planted over a Unit, or a contiguous area within a Unit, then the sum of all the Seedlings per Acre by Species will equal the Total Seedlings per Acre.

  • Example: Total Seedlings per Acre = 500 and 20% of the Inspection Plot is Unplantable.
