Seed Order definition

Seed Order means the first group of production Terminals ordered by AIL from Contractor hereunder, as described in Section 8.3 below.

Examples of Seed Order in a sentence

  • Time is of the essence for the Seed Order deliveries and for any Orders scheduled for delivery four (4) months prior to the scheduled date of introduction of AIL System service in any country and for eight (8) months thereafter and for Orders placed from time to time that state in bold type (or other manner reasonably intended to call Contractor's attention to such statement) that late delivery will materially impact AIL's business or the business of its Service Providers.

  • Except for Schedule 1 (Seed Price), Schedule 2 (Forecast Requirements) and Schedule 4 (Sensako Seed Order and Sale Agreement) which may be modified by Sensako for subsequent seasons, this Agreement shall not be modified, amended or changed except by an agreement in writing signed by the Parties.

  • The delivery of the Seed Order shall be in accordance with Schedule 18.

  • Such returned Terminals shall count as "delivered" Terminals with respect to the Seed Order and MQPC.

  • Accordingly, AIL and it Service Providers may purchase Terminals, Equipment, Services and Documentation (in addition to the Terminals covered in the Seed Order and MQPC) at prices that do not exceed the Wholesale Prices.

  • Contractor shall update the Escrowed Materials following the conclusion of Alpha and Beta testing, upon delivery of the Seed Order and at the end of each calendar quarter thereafter.

  • Such terminals are not part of the terminals ordered by Astrolink under the Terminal Contract and, therefore, are not included as part of the Seed Order of that Contract (but are included in calculating the Minimum Quantity Purchase Commitment Shortfall Liability under that Contract).

  • Bunched Orders means a single Order placed by an Account Manager for two or more of its Accounts on the SEF operated by BSEF pursuant to Rule 528.

  • Good order for initial premium payments means that the Part 1 of the Application is completed, a suitability review and approval have occurred, all producer licensing issues are resolved, all owner and insured information is furnished, all signatures are obtained, all premium has been received, including any subsequent premiums already due, and all other requirements are satisfied as determined by the Company.

  • Field Order means a written order issued by an authorized County official/employee to the Contractor during construction effecting a change in the Work by authorizing an addition, deletion, or revision in the Work within the general scope of the Work not involving an adjustment in the Contract Price or a change to the Contract Time or Term. No Field Order shall be valid or effective unless it is signed by the County employee(s) who has been authorized in writing by the Chief Executive Officer or his/her designee to execute Field Orders.

  • Hold Order has the meaning specified in Section 11.10(b)(i) below.

  • Bond Order or "Order" means this Bond Order of the Commissioners Court authorizing the issuance of the Bonds.
