Seed Law definition

Seed Law means the Law on Seeds of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇. ▇▇, dated June 19, 1997;
Seed Law means the law to be enacted pursuant to paragraph 3 (a) of Schedule 1 to this Agreement;
Seed Law means the law of the Borrower on Seeds of December 15, 1993;

  • Issues unmentioned in the contract should be handled in accordance with the PRC Contract Law, PRC Seed Law and relevant state regulations.
