Seed Amount definition

Seed Amount means the guaranteed starting amount of a progressive jackpot which is usually funded exclusively by the Licensee.
Seed Amount means the initial jackpot amount of a progressive game.
Seed Amount means the amount required to restart a particular Progressive Jackpot Game following the Progressive Jackpot being won in respect of that Progressive Jackpot Game;

  • If the assets and funds thus distributed among the holders of the Preferred Seed Shares shall be insufficient to permit the payment to such holders of the full Preference Seed Amount, then the entire surplus assets and funds of the Company legally available for distribution shall be distributed ratably among the holders of the Preferred Seed Shares in proportion to the Preference Seed Amount that each such holder is otherwise entitled to receive.
