Subject to any specific agreement by the parties on the fees payable with respect to any alteration, addition, or deletion of or to the Services, the hourly rates as set out in Section 4 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement will apply to determine the fees owing for any alteration, addition, or deletion of or to the Services, provided that Sedgman Canada will not perform any such alteration, addition, or deletion of or to the Services without the prior express written approval of Falls Mountain.
