NOTWITHSTANDING THE FOREGOING SENTENCE, THIS AGREEMENT SHALL SUPER- SEDE THE ARBITRATION RULES TO THE EXTENT OF ANY CONFLICT BETWEEN THIS AGREEMENT AND THE ARBITRATION RULES.

LA means the Local Authority in the area in which the Academy is situated;
DEL means the Department of Early Learning of the State of Washington; any division, section, office, unit or other entity of DEL; or any of the officers or other officials lawfully representing DEL.
OJEU means the Official Journal of the European Union.
Promotores means individuals who are members of the community who function as natural helpers to address some of their communities’ unmet mental health, health and human service needs. They are individuals who represent the ethnic, socio-economic and educational traits of the population he/she serves. Promotores are respected and recognized by their peers and have the pulse of the community’s needs.
ES means environmental and social (including Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA), and Sexual Harassment (SH));
