The Borrower shall pay to the Security Trustee (for its own account) its fees in the amount and at the times agreed in a Security Trustee Fee Letter dated on or about the date of this Agreement between the Security Trustee and the Borrower entered into on or around the date hereof.
The Borrowers shall jointly and severally pay to the Facility Agent and Security Trustee an annual agency and security trustee fee, as stipulated in the agency and security trustee fee letter (“Agency and Security Trustee Fee Letter”) agreed between them.

The Borrowers shall pay to the Security Trustee the Security Trustee Fee at the times specified in the security trustee fee letter from the Security Trustee to the Borrowers dated on or about the date of this Agreement.
All such fees, expenses and disbursements shall be paid by the Borrower in accordance with the Security Trustee Fee Letter.
