Security Transfer definition

Security Transfer means a transfer of a receivable by agreement, or the creation of a right in a receivable by agreement, to secure payment or other performance of an obligation, regardless of the way in which the parties have described the transaction, the status of the transferor or transferee or the nature of the secured obligation.
Security Transfer in relation to a Series Trust means a transfer and acceptance of Securities in the form specified in the Series Supplement relating to that Series Trust or in such other form as may be agreed from time to time between the Trustee and the Manager.
Security Transfer has the meaning given to such term in Clause 23.3.1(a).
