Security Surcharges definition
Security Surcharges means the amount calculated by Authority for each Fiscal Year pursuant to “Exhibit I” to provide (1) security and access control services at Airport, and (2) dedicated Terminal areas assigned to the TSA for security screening.
Examples of Security Surcharges in a sentence
Terminal Rentals, Security Surcharges, FIS Use Charges, Terminal Adjacent Parking Position Charges and ▇▇▇ charges for such overnight aircraft parking positions assigned to Airline during the preceding month shall be due and payable on or before the tenth (10th) day of each month during the term of this Agreement, in advance, without invoice, deduction, or setoff.
