Security Station Sample Clauses

Security Station. On or before January 15, 2005, Tenant shall, at its sole cost and expense, and in accordance with all applicable provisions of the Lease including, without limitation, Article 8 of the Lease, and after obtaining Landlord’s prior written approval of the drawings for such work, relocate its existing security station (currently located in the lobby of the Building) to a space within the Existing Space adjoining the front door vestibule, with a window in the wall of the vestibule.

Security Station. Notwithstanding Paragraph 11 of the Sixth Amendment to the contrary, Tenant may, at its option, leave its security station in its current location.
