Security Registry means the security registry of the Ministry of Children and Family Development described in Section 5.3.1;

• If at the time of any advance of the Loan, there is a mortgage, security interest, or other financial encumbrance (each a “Charge”) registered or existing against title to any of the Properties or in the Personal Property Security Registry which is not permitted by the Lender, the Lender may require that its counsel apply any or all of the proceeds of the advance to pay out such Charge on behalf of the Borrower by payment directly to the holder thereof.

• The Borrower acknowledges that the Lender’s security interest in the Collateral will be registered with the British Columbia Personal Property Security Registry and the Borrower agrees to do what is necessary to facilitate such registration.
