Security Registry definition

Security Registry means the registry that has been established by the president of the DIFC pursuant to Article 34 of DIFC Law No. 8 of 2005.

  • Bond Register means the books for the registration, transfer and exchange of Bonds kept at the office of the Bond Registrar.
