At all reasonable times such Security Register or Security Registers shall be open for inspection by the Trustee.
Such Security Register or Security Registers shall be in written form in the English language or in any other form capable of being converted into such form within a reasonable time.
The applicable Security Registrar(s) shall update the applicable Security Register(s), and the Authenticating Agent shall immediately provide a copy of the newly Authenticated Security to the Central Security Registrar so that the Central Register may be updated.
