Security Properties definition

Security Properties has the meaning set forth in Section 5.03(p).
Security Properties the San Diego Property, the San Francisco Property and the San Pedro Property.
Security Properties. – means at any time all real or personal property which is then subject to the Securities.

Examples of Security Properties in a sentence

  • None of the Security Properties has asbestos, urea formaldehyde, or lead paint.

  • None of the Security Properties is on any state or federal list of properties suspected to contain hazardous wastes or Hazardous substances, or has or currently contain any underground storage tanks, above ground storage tanks, manufactured gas activities, industrial/manufacturing activities, or the storage of any Hazardous substances (except in small quantities used in compliance with all Environmental Laws for residential or commercial cleaning purposes).

  • None of the Security Properties is known by Security or any of its subsidiaries to be within 500 feet of any property which has or had underground storage tanks, above ground storage tanks, manufactured gas activities, industrial/manufacturing activities, or the storage of any Hazardous substances (except in small quantities used in compliance with all Environmental Laws for residential or commercial cleaning purposes).

  • Upon City’s receipt of the Reimbursement Amount from Developer and payment of the Reimbursement Amount to the Parks Authority, City shall record a notice of satisfaction, release of lien, or other document the form of which is acceptable to the City Attorney evidencing that the Security Properties are no longer subject to the special assessment represented by the Reimbursement Amount.

  • Developer shall have the affirmative obligation to inform any title company conducting the closing of one, any or all of the Security Properties of the existence of this Agreement and ensure that the Reimbursement Amount is paid out of closing proceeds or otherwise satisfied.

  • If the proceeds of the sale of one of the Security Properties is insufficient to fully pay the Reimbursement Amount to City, Developer’s obligation to pay the Reimbursement Amount shall continue to run with the Security Properties until fully satisfied.

  • At the time of any subsequent sale or conveyance of one, any or allof the Security Properties, the total amount of the Reimbursement Amount shall be conveyed to City.

  • The Parties to this Agreement specifically acknowledge and agree that the Reimbursement Amount shall constitute a valid special assessment of City imposed against the Security Properties.

  • Developer agrees that it shall use commercially reasonable efforts to sell the Security Properties for a price which is commercially reasonable and not at an unreasonably discounted or inflated rate.

  • The City shall be entitled to deduct from the its payment to the Parks Authority of the Reimbursement Amount any amounts it incurs for court costs and legal fees in enforcing this Agreement against the Developer, its successors and assigns, or the Security Properties, provided that in not event shall such amount be less than the Parks Authority Advance plus any applicable interest.

Related to Security Properties

  • Security Property means all right, title and interest in, to and under any Security Document, including:

  • City Property means any real property owned by City, whether in fee or other ownership estate of interest.

  • University Property means all property owned, leased, or controlled by the University.

  • Operating Property means any property owned, leased, or operated by the Party in question or by any of its Subsidiaries or in which such Party or Subsidiary holds a security interest or other interest (including an interest in a fiduciary capacity), and, where required by the context, includes the owner or operator of such property, but only with respect to such property.

  • Project Property means the real property on or for which preconstruction service or construction work is or will be provided.
