SECURITY PRECAUTIONS. All entrance doors in the complex shall be closed and securely locked when the premises are not in use and all doors opening to public corridors shall be kept closed except for normal ingress and egress. Tenant must observe strict care and caution that all water faucets or any other apparatus is shut off before Tenant or Tenant's employees leave the premises and that all electricity, gas, etc. shall likewise be carefully shut off so as to prevent waste or damage.
