Security Location definition

Security Location means (i) each of the premises rented or owned by the Transferor as described in more detail in Schedule 1 Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3 hereto and (ii) the Region (each a Security Location and together the Security Locations).
Security Location means the Premises and the New Premises.
Security Location means the premises rented or owned by the Transferor as shaded by lines (schraffiert) in the plan attached in Schedule 1 hereto.

  • The Transferor is obliged to keep the Security Assets in the Security Location.

  • Title to the Future Security Assets shall pass over to the Transferee when they are deposited at the Security Location.

  • A removal of Security Assets from the Security Location other than in accordance with Clause 10 (Disposal, processing and handling of Security Assets) of this Agreement or otherwise in the ordinary course of trading, including, for the avoidance of doubt, a temporary removal for necessary repairs to be undertaken, is only allowed with the prior written consent of the Transferee.

  • The Transferor shall provide all necessary information and has to allow access to documentation relating to the Security Assets and the Security Location respectively.

  • Upon two (2) Business Days Prior notice to the Transferor, the Transferee or any representative of its choice of whom the Transferee will notify the Transferor in the advance notice is entitled to inspect the Security Assets, the Security Location and any documentation or records concerning the Security Assets during normal business hours.

Related to Security Location

  • Anchor location means the physical location from which:

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.

  • Retail location means a facility listed under NFPA 1124, 7.1.2.

Vacant land, other than farm land, owned by or rented to an "insured"; f. Land owned by or rented to an "insured" on which a one or two family dwelling is being built as a residence for an "insured"; g. Individual or family cemetery plots or burial vaults of an "insured"; or h. Any part of a premises occasionally rented to an "insured" for other than "business" use.
