Security Licence definition

Security Licence means all the right, title and interest (to the extent assignable) of the Chargor in all or any Authorisations granted or issued to, or otherwise held by, it in relation to or in connection with the Charged Property.
Security Licence means a licence to conduct one or more security activities issued under section 13;

  • An employee who, by virtue of their employment, is required to hold the following licences will either be paid or reimbursed the following licence/registration fees: Electricians Licence; Plumbers Licence/Registration; Security Licence 1A and 1B; Refrigeration and Air-conditioning Licence; Radiation (Holders and Users) Licences; and other licences identified by the University as a condition of employment.

Related to Security Licence

  • Intellectual Property Security Agreement means the Intellectual Property Security Agreement dated as of the Closing Date among the Loan Parties and the Collateral Agent for its own benefit and for the benefit of the other Credit Parties, granting a Lien in the Intellectual Property of the Loan Parties, as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified and in effect from time to time.
