Security Liability definition

Security Liability means collectively all present and future actual and contingent obligations and liabilities of Seller or other Siemens Group Companies under or in connection with the Securities, the Security Related Contracts and the Security Charges.

  • Network Security Liability arising from the unauthorized access to, use of or tampering with computer systems including hacker attacks, inability of an authorized third party, to gain access to Vendor’s services including denial of service, unless caused by a mechanical or electrical failure.

  • Coverage to include coverage for Privacy & Security Liability, Security Breach Response / Customer Breach Notice Expense, Cyber Extortion and Electronic Media Liability.

  • Such policy shall cover, at a minimum, the following: Data Loss and System Damage Liability Security Liability Privacy Liability Privacy/Security Breach Response coverage, including Notification Expenses County shall be included on the policy as an “Additional Insured” unless such endorsement is not available by the insurer.

  • Any provisions of this Contract regarding Software License, Rights To Work Product, Warranty, Escrow, Confidentiality, Content Privacy and Security, Liability, Indemnification, Transition of Services, , and the General Provisions will survive the expiration or termination of this Contract.

  • Third Party Liability means both of the following:

  • Security Limits means operating electricity system voltage limits, stability limits and thermal ratings.

  • Liability means any liability (whether known or unknown, whether asserted or unasserted, whether absolute or contingent, whether accrued or unaccrued, whether liquidated or unliquidated, and whether due or to become due), including any liability for Taxes.
