If the Contractor subcontracts for security services, the Subcontractor shall be a Security Firm certified by the State of Illinois and the Security Firm's employees shall be licensed by the State of Illinois.
The Contractor, upon entering into any subcontract with a Security Firm, shall furnish the SSAC and the Department with a copy of the subcontract for their approval.

The Security Firm must provide for 60 days prior written notice to be given to the Contractor in the event coverage is substantially changed, canceled, or non-renewed.
