Security Event Data definition

Security Event Data means information, collected during Critical Start provision of Services, related to security events.
Security Event Data means information collected during Secureworks’ provision of Services related to security events. This CRA does not transfer or convey to Secureworks or any third party any right, title or interest in or to the Customer Data or any associated IP rights, but only a limited right of use as granted in and revocable in accordance with this CRA and subject to the confidentiality obligations and requirements for as long as Secureworks has possession of such Security Event Data.
Security Event Data means information collected by Critical Start in connection with its delivery of MDR Services to the Customer arising from and directly related to the log data, events, or alerts that Critical Start receives from the Customer’s security controls that are within the scope of the MDR Services being provided to the Customer, including but not limited to, alerts from SIEM, endpoint protection (EP) platforms, endpoint detection and response (EDR), and other similar security controls.

Examples of Security Event Data in a sentence

  • To the extent such Security Event Data includes information about individuals, Critical Start will be the processor of such data.

  • Critical Start may compile or otherwise combine Security Event Data with similar data of other MDR Services recipients so long as said data is compiled or combined in a manner that will not in any way reveal the data as being attributable to Customer.

  • Secureworks will process Security Event Data as part of its provision of Services.

  • Customer acknowledges that Secureworks may also process Security Event Data in order to develop, enhance and/or improve its security services and the products and services it offers and provides to customers.

  • Customer grants Critical Start a limited, non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable license to use and otherwise process Security Event Data during and after the term hereof to develop, enhance and/or improve its security services and the products and services it offers and provides to customers.

  • Restrictions on the disclosure and transfer of Personal Data in this DPA shall not apply in connection with Secureworks’ processing of the Security Event Data for the purposes described in this clause, however, Secureworks shall not disclose any Security Event Data that is traceable to Customer to any third parties (other than Affiliates and Subprocessors) unless permitted under the MSA and/or this DPA, or the disclosure is required in order to comply with applicable law or legal process.

  • Secureworks shall be the controller in respect of any personal data in the Security Event Data and, for the duration of its processing of such Security Event Data, Secureworks shall (i) comply with applicable Privacy Laws and (ii) safeguard such Security Event Data with security measures that are no less protective than those set out in this DPA.

  • If Customer is compelled by a legally binding order (e.g. of a court or regulatory authority of competent jurisdiction) to have the Security Event Data deleted, then Secureworks agrees, as appropriate, to anonymise, pseudonymise or delete the Security Event Data that is the subject of the binding order as soon as practicable.

  • Secureworks shall not be required to return or delete Security Event Data upon termination of the Services (for any reason).

  • Secureworks may process Security Event Data during and after the term hereof to develop and enhance its products and services.


More Definitions of Security Event Data

Security Event Data means information, collected during Secureworks provision of Services, related to security events. Customer grants to Secureworks a limited, non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable licence to use and otherwise process the Security Event Data during and after the term hereof to develop, enhance and/or improve its security services and the products and services it offers and provides to customers. To the extent such Security Event Data includes information about individuals, Secureworks will be the controller. This MSA does not transfer or convey to Secureworks or any third party any right, title or interest in or to the Customer Data or any associated IP rights, but only a limited right of use as granted in and revocable in accordance with this MSA.
Security Event Data means information, collected during Quzara’s provision of Services, related to security events.
Security Event Data means information collected during Secureworks’ provision of SaaS Solutions related to security events. This Addendum does not transfer or convey to Secureworks or any third party any right, title or interest in or to the MSSP Data or any associated IP rights except as set out in (and revocable in accordance with) this Addendum.
Security Event Data means information, collected during SecureWorks’ provision of Services, related to security events. This Agreement does not transfer or convey to SecureWorks or any third party any right, title or interest in or to Customer Data or any associated IP rights, but only a limited right of use as granted in and revocable in accordance with this Agreement. Security Event Data means information related to security events which is collected during Secureworks’ provision of services.

Client grants to Proficio a limited, non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable license to use and otherwise process the Security Event Data during and after the term hereof to develop, enhance and/or improve its security services and the products and services it offers and provides to customers.

Related to Security Event Data

  • Cybersecurity Event means any act or attempt, successful or, to the extent known by Provider, unsuccessful, to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt or misuse an Information System or Nonpublic Information stored on such Information System. The ongoing existence and occurrence of attempted but Unsuccessful Security Incidents shall not constitute a Cybersecurity Event under this definition. “Unsuccessful Security Incidents” are activities such as pings and other broadcast attacks on Provider’s firewall, port scans, unsuccessful log-on attempts, denials of service and any combination of the above, so long as no such incident results in unauthorized access, use or disclosure of Molina Nonpublic Information or sustained interruption of service obligations to Molina.

  • Data Loss Event means any event that results, or may result, in unauthorised access to Personal Data held by the Contractor under this Agreement, and/or actual or potential loss and/or destruction of Personal Data in breach of this Agreement, including any Personal Data Breach.

  • Financial Covenant Event of Default has the meaning specified in Section 8.01(b).

  • Original Collateral Sale Price means JPY 6,673,919,674. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Collateral Sale Agreement, the consideration for the Initial Charged Assets is the Issue Price of the Notes plus the entry into the Swap Agreement by the Issuer.
