Examples of Security Enforcement Principles in a sentence

  • If the Transaction Security is being enforced or other action as to Enforcement is being taken pursuant to Clause 13.3 (Enforcement Instructions), the Security Agent shall enforce the Transaction Security or take other action as to Enforcement in such manner (including, without limitation, the selection of any administrator of any Debtor to be appointed by the Security Agent) as the Instructing Group shall instruct, provided any such instructions are consistent with the Security Enforcement Principles.

  • If the Transaction Security is being enforced or other action as to Enforcement is being taken pursuant to Clause 13.3 (Enforcement Instructions), the Security Trustee shall enforce the Transaction Security or take other action as to Enforcement in such manner (including, without limitation, the selection of any administrator of any Debtor to be appointed by the Security Trustee) as the Instructing Group shall instruct, provided any such instructions are consistent with the Security Enforcement Principles.

  • Any Enforcement Instruction delivered pursuant to this Agreement shall expressly include instructions as to the actions to be taken by the Collateral Agent and shall include a certification (upon which the Collateral Agent may conclusively rely) that the actions contemplated by such Enforcement Instruction complies with and is in accordance with the Security Enforcement Principles.

  • The Security Enforcement Principles may be amended, varied or waived with the prior written consent of the Majority Senior Creditors.
