Security Device PIN definition

Security Device PIN means your personal identification number for using the Security Device.
Security Device PIN means the personal identification number adopted by the Customer for using the Security Device and includes any replacement number.

  • Use the same Passwords, Security Device PIN and the 6-Digit PIN with other internet sites or other mobile applications.

  • The Customer may change the Password, the Secondary Password, the Security Device PIN and 6-Digit PIN at any time but any change shall be effective only if accepted by the Bank.

  • The Customer shall follow the guidance provided by the Bank online in designating the user identification code (the 'User ID’), the password (the ‘Password’), the secondary password (the ‘Secondary Password’) , SMS Code , Security Device PIN , 6-Digit PIN, Security Code, and Security Device Codes and Biometric Credentials for identifying the Customer for the purposes of the Services and for performing transactions in respect of the Services.

  • The Customer shall follow the guidance provided by the Bank online in designating the user identification code (the 'User ID’), the password (the ‘Password’), the secondary password (the ‘Secondary Password’), SMS Code, Security Device PIN, 6-Digit PIN, Security Code, Security Device Codes and Biometric Credentials for identifying the Customer for the purposes of the Services and for performing transactions in respect of the Services.

  • The Customer may change the Password, the Secondary Password and the Security Device PIN and 6-Digit PIN at any time but any change shall be effective only if accepted by the Bank.

  • At no time and under no circumstances shall the Customer disclose the Username, the Password, the Security Questions and related details and/or the Security Device PIN and Security Code to any other person or permit the Security Device to come into the possession or control of any other person.

Related to Security Device PIN

  • Security Device means any passwords, User identification numbers, certificates, or other form(s) of authentication or security used to access the Service.

  • Incendiary device means any firebomb, and any device designed or specially adapted to cause physical harm to persons or property by means of fire, and consisting of an incendiary substance or agency and a means to ignite it.

  • Electric personal assistive mobility device means a self-balancing two-nontandem-wheeled device

  • Assisted cleaning or washing of tangible personal property means cleaning or washing of tangible personal property if the cleaning or washing labor is primarily performed by an individual:

  • Landlord Personal Property Collateral Access Agreement means a Landlord Waiver and Consent Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit K with such amendments or modifications as may be approved by Collateral Agent.

  • Security Agreement Collateral means all "Collateral" as defined in the Security Agreement.

  • Cephalometric device means a device intended for the radiographic visualization and measurement of the dimensions of the human head.

  • Capture device means a hood, enclosed room, floor sweep, or other means of collecting solvent emissions or other pollutants into a duct. The pollutant can be directed to a pollution control device such as an incinerator or carbon adsorber.

  • Ignition interlock device means a device that, without tampering or intervention by another person, would prevent the defendant from operating a motor vehicle if the defendant has a blood or breath alcohol concentration of five-hundredths (0.05) or greater; and

  • Copyright Collateral means all Copyrights, whether now owned or hereafter acquired by any Credit Party, including each Copyright identified in Annex 4.

  • Trade Secrets Collateral means all common law and statutory trade secrets and all other confidential or proprietary or useful information and all know-how obtained by or used in or contemplated at any time for use in the business of the Grantor (all of the foregoing being collectively called a "Trade Secret"), whether or not such Trade Secret has been reduced to a writing or other tangible form, including all documents and things embodying, incorporating or referring in any way to such Trade Secret, all Trade Secret licenses, including each Trade Secret license referred to in Schedule V attached hereto, and including the right to xxx for and to enjoin and to collect damages for the actual or threatened misappropriation of any Trade Secret and for the breach or enforcement of any such Trade Secret license.

  • Landlord Access Agreement means a Landlord Access Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit G, or such other form as may reasonably be acceptable to the Administrative Agent.

  • Access Agreement means a landlord consent, bailee letter or warehouseman’s letter, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent, in favor of Agent executed by such landlord, bailee or warehouseman, as applicable, for any third party location.

  • Control device means equipment (such as an incinerator or carbon adsorber) used to reduce, by destruction or removal, the amount of air contaminants in an air stream prior to discharge to the ambient air.

  • Purchase Agreement Collateral has the meaning specified in Section 6.9 of this Agreement.

  • Contractor Intellectual Property means any intellectual property owned by Contractor and developed independently from the Services.

  • Possessory Collateral means any Shared Collateral in the possession of a Collateral Agent (or its agents or bailees), to the extent that possession thereof perfects a Lien thereon under the Uniform Commercial Code of any jurisdiction. Possessory Collateral includes, without limitation, any Certificated Securities, Promissory Notes, Instruments, and Chattel Paper, in each case, delivered to or in the possession of the Collateral Agent under the terms of the First-Lien Security Documents.
