Security Deposit Interest definition

Security Deposit Interest means interest payable by Landlord upon the Security Deposit as described in Section 8.
Security Deposit Interest. Security Deposit Interest" shall mean all accrued but unpaid interest on the Security Deposits owed pursuant to applicable law and/or a particular Lease for which Assignee has received a credit on the Closing Statement.
Security Deposit Interest shall have the meaning set forth in Paragraph 32(a).

Examples of Security Deposit Interest in a sentence

  • Tenant shall deduct the Security Deposit Interest due for each month from the next installment of Base Rent otherwise payable.

  • Tenant shall be entitled to interest ("Security Deposit Interest") on the balance of the Security Deposit held by Landlord (the "Security Deposit Balance") for each month at the T-▇▇▇▇ Rate as published in the Wall Street Journal on the last business day of the month.

  • The amount of interest the landlord is required to pay is defined by the Security Deposit Interest Regulations available on the webpage identified below.
