Security Container definition

Security Container means a safe, vault, vault-type room, or security cabinet.

Examples of Security Container in a sentence

  • Employee urine samples, or other body fluids, will be collected in a DOX Security Container System or other system which includes methods or mechanisms designed to assure the integrity of the sample.

  • The Standard Form 701, Activity Security Checklist, and Standard Form 702, Security Container Check Sheet, will be used to record these checks.

  • The Security Container must remain at the assigned room location at all times.

  • If at any time the Security Container needs to be temporarily moved to another location, the Department’s Records Coordinator or Full Timer must contact Records Management.

  • The Standard Form (SF) 700, Security Container Information, will be used to identify persons responsible for the container.

  • The Contractor shall ensure combination changes are recorded on the Standard Form (SF) 700 Security Container Information Card and secured in the Security Office safe.

  • Full timer and Department Manager are required to complete this form in order to obtain a Security Container.

  • The Contractor shall verify all secure containers, controlled open storage areas, doors and safes opening and closings are annotated on the SF702 Security Container Check sheet.

  • If at any time the Security Container needs to be temporarily moved to another location, the Department’s Records Coordinator and/or Alternate must contact Records Management for assistance.
