Security cabinet definition
Security cabinet means a cabi net which is a security container ap proved by the General Services stone at least 8 inches thick, (3) non- reinforced concrete or stone at least 12 inches thick, or (4) monolithic floor or roof construction of equivalent resistance to entry and with a built-in lock in a steel door at least 1 inch thick, exclusive of the locking mechanism.
