Security Approvals definition

Security Approvals means any approvals, consents (including consents to assignment of permits and rights of way), certificates, waivers, and other authorizations required or advisable to be obtained from, or filings or other notices required or advisable to be made with or to, any Governmental Entities relating to U.S. and non-U.S. security matters in order to consummate the transaction contemplated by this Agreement and the other Transaction Documents, including compliance with and filings under the Exon-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Amendment.
