Securitized definition

Securitized. A transaction in which all or any portion of a Permitted Permanent Loan and the Related Agreements evidencing or securing such Permitted Permanent Loan are deposited into a trust (including a REMIC trust) by the holder of such Permitted Permanent Loan and such trust issues certificates to investors, or any similar transaction and the term “Securitizing” has a meaning correlative to the foregoing.
Securitized means a transaction in which a Portfolio of Mortgage Loans designated by Servicer is financed through or sold to a Securitization Vehicle, which vehicle issues Securities in the capital markets, or is exchanged for such Securities.
Securitized means converting mortgages or deeds of trust into securities that may be purchased by investors.

  • Securitization means one or more sales by a Note Holder of all or a portion of such Note to a depositor, who will in turn include such portion of such Note as part of a securitization of one or more mortgage loans.
