Securitization Unwind definition

Securitization Unwind means notice of the requisite amount of a party's intention to exercise its option to purchase the underlying mortgage loans pursuant the Base Agreement is given by the Trustee to certificateholders or noteholders, as applicable, pursuant to the Base Agreement.

Examples of Securitization Unwind in a sentence
