Securitization charges definition

Securitization charges means nonbypassable amounts to be charged for the use or availability of electric services, approved by the commission under a financing order to fully recover qualified costs, that shall be collected by an electric utility, its successors, an assignee, or other collection agents as provided for in the financing order.
Securitization charges means any securitization charges as defined in Section 10h(i) of the Statute that are authorized by the Financing Order.
Securitization charges means the nonbypassable amounts to be charged to any existing or future retail electric customers and customer classes located within CEI South’s service area, approved by the Indiana Commission in the Financing Order, that may be collected by the Seller, its successors, assignees or other collection agents as provided for in the Financing Order.
