Securities-Related Event definition
Securities-Related Event means any event or outcome offered, traded, entered into, or bet upon through a prediction market, event-contract platform, exchange, broker, dealer, swap execution facility, designated contract market, or similar venue, where the event or outcome relates to, references, is based on, or may reasonably be expected to affect the price, value, trading, listing, regulatory status, financial performance, corporate actions, ownership, governance, or market perception of any security, issuer, investment fund, ETF, securities index, derivative, or other financial instrument.
