Securities Regulators means collectively, the securities regulators or other securities regulatory authorities in the Selling Jurisdictions;
Securities Regulators means the securities commissions or other securities regulatory authorities of all of the Qualifying Provinces or the relevant Qualifying Province as the context so requires;
