The provisions of this Agreement shall remain effective and enforceable except to the extent that, and until such time as, any provisions of this Agreement shall have been modified, terminated, suspended, or set aside, in writing by mutual agreement of the State Mortgage Regulators, collectively, and Respondent.
The State Mortgage Regulators and Respondent are collectively referred to herein as the (“Parties”).
