Securities Exchanges means the securities exchanges on which Shares or other securities of the same Class as the Registrable Securities included in the subject Demand or Tag-Along Registration are listed or quoted or, are proposed to be listed or quoted in accordance with Clause 2.1, including the US National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotation System;
Securities Exchanges means, as of a time of determination, the securities exchanges on which securities of the same class and series as the Registrable Securities are listed or quoted at such time of determination.
