Securities Class Actions means New England Health Care Employees Pension Fund v. Fruit of the Loom, Inc. et al., Civil Action No. 98-CV-99 (W.D. Ky., filed July 1, 1998; and Bernard Fidel v. William Farley et al., Civil Action No. 1:00 CV-48M (W.D. Ky., filed March 22, 2000).
Securities Class Actions means, collectively, the following proceedings: (i) the Ontario Securities Class Action; (ii) Globis Capital Partners, L.P. v. The Cash Store Financial Services Inc. et al., Southern District of New York, Case 13 Civ. 3385 (VM); (iii) Hughes v. The Cash Store Financial Services, Inc. et al., Alberta Court of Queen’s Bench, Court File No. 1303 07837; and (iv) Dessis v. The Cash Store Financial Services, Inc. et al., Quebec Superior Court, No: 200-06-000165-137.
Securities Class Actions means those certain class actions pending in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Orlando Division, styled as (i) Johnson v. Luminar Technologies, Inc. et al., Case No. 6:23-cv-00982 and (ii) Yskollari v. Luminar Technologies, Inc. et al., Case No. 6:25-cv-01384.
