Securities Balance definition

Securities Balance means, as of any date, the unpaid principal amount of the Securities as of such date.
Securities Balance. The Note Balance or Certificate Balance, as the context may require.
Securities Balance means, as determined as of April 10, 2020, the aggregate amount owed to a Participating Counterparty under the Applicable Agreements in respect of Securities Assets.
