Securities Act (B.C.) definition

Securities Act (B.C.) means the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418, as amended;
Securities Act (B.C.) means the Securities Act, R.S.B.C. 1996, c. 418, and the rules and regulations thereunder, each as may be amended from time to time, and any comparable or successor laws, rules or regulations thereto;
Securities Act (B.C.) means the Securities Act (British Columbia) and the rules, regulations and published policies made thereunder, as now in effect and as they may be promulgated or amended from time to time.
