Secured Trading Facility definition
Secured Trading Facility means the Secured Energy Marketing and Trading Facility Amended and Restated Common Agreement, dated as of December 15, 2015, among Talen Energy Marketing, LLC, Talen Energy Supply, LLC, as guarantor, Wilmington Trust, National Association, as agent, and the secured counterparties from time to time parties thereto.
Secured Trading Facility means the “Secured Trading Facility”, as defined in the Credit Agreement.
Secured Trading Facility means the secured trading facility of the Borrower to be entered on or about the Closing Date.
