Secured Room definition

Secured Room means the locked vacant space located within the Municipal Office where election materials will be stored.
Secured Room means a room with locked access. The Secured Room shall be the meeting room located at the Municipal Office, 14 Mill Ave. Zurich, Ontario, wherein election materials will be stored and Return Envelopes processed under the control of the Clerk or designated Election Official.

  • If Tenant designates any area as a "Secured Area" or "Secured Room" on plans submitted and approved by Landlord, such plans shall constitute the written notice required pursuant to the preceding sentence.

Related to Secured Room

  • Secured Assets means (insert description of assets in respect of which charge/mortgage may be created) offered as security by the Client;

  • Secured Area means an area to which only authorized representatives of the entity possessing the Confidential Information have access. Secured Areas may include buildings, rooms or locked storage containers (such as a filing cabinet) within a room, as long as access to the Confidential Information is not available to unauthorized personnel.

  • Secured Obligation means an obligation secured by a security interest;

  • Secured Obligations has the meaning specified in the Security Agreement.
