Secured Recourse Debt definition

Secured Recourse Debt means Secured Debt that is recourse for payment to the Borrower or its Subsidiaries.
Secured Recourse Debt means all Secured Debt of any Person on a recourse basis.
Secured Recourse Debt means as of any given date the amount of the Secured Debt less the amount of Non-Recourse Debt.

Secured Recourse Debt means, for any Person as of any date, Recourse Debt of such Person that is secured by a Lien.
