Secure Two-way Payment System definition
Secure Two-way Payment System means a payment processing system (allowing (1) the holder of a Sports Card, credit card or debit card to credit a Chandler account and (2) Chandler to credit Sports Cards, and the accounts of holders of credit cards and debit cards) for use in conjunction with high assurance security technology.
