Secure test definition

Secure test means any test which contains items not available to the public and which, to allow the further use of test items and to protect the validity and reliability of the test, is subject to special security procedures in its publication, distribution, and administration.
Secure test for purposes of this Chapter means "any test developed, adopted, or provided by the State Board of Education that has not been released under G.S. 115C-174.13."
