Secure Room definition

Secure Room means a room to which only Authorized Personnel have access and which has security measures consistent with top tier law enforcement agencies’ laboratories.
Secure Room means a room that the Customer specifies to Cellebrite to which only Authorized Personnel have access and which has security measures consistent with top tier law enforcement agencies’ laboratories.

Examples of Secure Room in a sentence

  • To the extent that Landlord incurs additional expense for cleaning and janitorial services provided to the Secure Room during Tenant’s Business Hours, Landlord shall have the right to assess such charge to Tenant as Additional Rent.

  • Tenant shall provide Landlord with keys or access cards to the Secure Room permitting Landlord to have access to the Secure Room outside of Tenant’s Business Hours in accordance with the provisions for emergency access to the Premises set forth below.

  • Landlord shall provide janitorial services to the Secure Room only once per month, on a date that is mutually acceptable to Tenant and Landlord, such services to be provided during Tenant’s Business Hours, and only when escorted by an employee or other agent of Tenant.

  • An employee who is appointed as a Secure Room Custodian will receive an allowance as specified in Attachment C – Allowances.

  • The Customer may monitor entrances and exits of a Secure Room that do not monitor performing the Process within a Secure Room.

  • In the event that the Customer would like to transfer a Product from one Secure Room to another Secure Room approved by Cellebrite in writing, Cellebrite shall transfer such Product at the expense of the Customer.

  • The Customer shall not include any device that is capable of performing any audiovisual or other recording in a Secure Room.

  • The purchase order shall specify the number of Authorized Actions purchased by the Customer, the Secure Room in which such Authorized Actions will be conducted, the payment, the number of hours of training (if any), the location of training (if any) and the maximum number of Users attending training (if any).

  • All copies of Data Room Documents (or parts thereof) that are provided by Notary in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement shall be certified by the Notary as being conform to the documents in the Secure Room.

Related to Secure Room

  • Secure Area means an area to which only authorized representatives of the entity possessing the Confidential Information have access, and access is controlled through use of a key, card key, combination lock, or comparable mechanism. Secure Areas may include buildings, rooms or locked storage containers (such as a filing cabinet or desk drawer) within a room, as long as access to the Confidential Information is not available to unauthorized personnel. In otherwise Secure Areas, such as an office with restricted access, the Data must be secured in such a way as to prevent access by non-authorized staff such as janitorial or facility security staff, when authorized Contractor staff are not present to ensure that non-authorized staff cannot access it.

  • Secure Network means a network which is only accessible to Authorised Users by Secure Authentication.

  • Turnkey means a procurement process where one service provider assumes total responsibility for all aspects of the project and delivers the full end product / service required by the contract.

  • Guest Room means a separately-keyed lodging unit in the Hotel.

  • Single Room Occupancy or “SRO” means housing consisting of single room dwelling units that is the primary residence of its occupant or occupants. An SRO does not include facilities for students.
