Secure building definition

Secure building means an above ground indoor facility that meets the require- ments set out in Division 8 of Part 4 of this regulation;
Secure building means check all areas for staff, that lights are turned off and all windows and window latches are secure especially the committee room windows, and all exit/entrance doors are secure. Then alarm buildings

  • farm building means that part of a bona fide farming operation encompassing barns, silos and other ancillary development to an agricultural use, but excluding a residential use;

  • heritage building means a Building designated under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. O.18, or any successor legislation, or a Building designated under Part V of the Ontario Heritage Act,

  • Accessory Building means a detached building or structure, not used for human habitation, that is subordinate to the primary use of the same property.

  • mixed-use building means a building or structure containing a residential and non- residential use other than a home occupation;

  • The Building means any building of which the Property forms part.
