Sector Shops definition

Sector Shops means a row of shops excluding workshops, repairing shops and offices, to be constructed in residential zones for business related to grocery, vegetables, fruit, meat, poultry, fish and tandoors, without the provision of any open space in and around the building, provide that the height does not exceed the prescribed limit from the road level with provision of mezzanine floor not covering more than 3/4 of the shop area.
Sector Shops means a row of shops to be constructed in residential zones for business provided that the height does not exceed the prescribed limit from the road level with provision of mezzanine floor not covering more than 70% of the shop area.

The term does not include separate storm sewers in very discrete areas, such as individual buildings.

  • Cannabis dispensary or “cannabis retailer” means a facility, whether fixed or mobile, operated in accordance with state and local laws and regulations, where cannabis and/or cannabis products are offered for retail sale, including a facility that delivers cannabis and/or cannabis products as part of a retail sale.

  • Specialized services means any program or service designed and operated to serve primarily individuals with developmental disabilities, including a program or service provided by an entity licensed or certified by the department.   • Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System Management Program means a management program covering the duration of a state permit for a municipal separate storm sewer system that includes a comprehensive planning process that involves public participation and intergovernmental coordination, to reduce the discharge of pollutants to the maximum extent practicable, to protect water quality, and to satisfy the appropriate water quality requirements of the CWA and regulations, and this article and its attendant regulations, using management practices, control techniques, and system, design, and engineering methods, and such other provisions that are appropriate.
