Sector Regulator definition

Sector Regulator means the applicable regulator responsible for the administration of the provisions of this Act, determined in accordance with section 7;
Sector Regulator means the regulatory authority for a Sector or Sectors as may be notified by the Government from time to time;
Sector Regulator means the Communications Authority of Kenya established under the Kenya Information and Communications Act, 1998 and Central Bank of Kenya
