SECTION or SECTIONS definition

SECTION or SECTIONS means one or more of the sections of this Agreement.
SECTION or SECTIONS means the Section referred to in clause C of the Agreement of Sale in the building/buildings known as JACANA ECO ESTATE, to be erected on the Property, and which is described and indicated on the Site Plan and Building Plans.
