Section 82 Certificate definition
Section 82 Certificate. – means the Certification by the City of Mbombela that all conditions have been met with regards to the establishment of the township, including the installation of services and the provision for payment of the Bulk Services Contributions. This certificate has the effect of transfer of stands being authorised and building plans being accepted for approval. This section number is peculiar to Town Planning Ordinance 15 of 1986.
