Section 8 HAP Contract definition

Section 8 HAP Contract means the [Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Program PBV Housing Assistance Payments Contract - New Construction or Rehabilitation] to be entered into by Borrower in connection with the Project.
Section 8 HAP Contract means a housing assistance payments contract between Borrower and the Housing Authority with respect to Section 8 Subsidy to be provided to the Project, to be executed by Borrower and the Housing Authority upon the satisfactory completion of construction of the Improvements.
