Section 36.(1) In this section, the agreement” means the Mozambique Gas Pipeline Agreement, as it existed immediately before the date of commencement of this Act, entered into between the Minister, the Minister of Trade and Industry and Sasol Limited concerning the introduction of natural gas by pipeline from the Republic of Mozambique into the Republic.
